The grand construction kick-off ceremony for the bakery production cleanroom undertaken by PT Ocean Purification Indonesia for PT Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk (Sari Roti) was successfully held recently, marking the official full launch of construction work.

Senior management of Sari Roti, core leaders of PT Ocean Purification Indonesia, project management teams and construction supervisors from both sides attended the event. Executives of the two companies delivered speeches successively at the ceremony.

The representative of Sari Roti stated in his address that as Indonesia’s leading listed bakery manufacturer, the company keeps expanding production capacity and upgrading production standards. This new clean production line will fully comply with HALAL and international GMP food hygiene standards. High-standard clean workshops are the foundation to guarantee the safety and quality of bread and pastry products. He expressed expectations for close collaboration between both parties to push construction forward smoothly and deliver the facility on schedule.
