Description
VHP technology refers to the vaporization of liquid hydrogen peroxide into hydrogen peroxide vapor, which is used for low-temperature surface sterilization of objects. VHP has broad-spectrum germicidal properties and can effectively eliminate bacteria, fungi, mold, viruses, bacterial spores, and other types of microorganisms. The most difficult microorganism to eradicate with VHP is thermophilic fat spores, so thermophilic fat spores are used as biological indicators for VHP sterilization validation.
VHP sterilization is non-toxic and residue-free. Vaporized hydrogen peroxide can rapidly kill microorganisms during the sterilization process and quickly degrade into H2O and O2 after sterilization, leaving no toxic residues. The residual concentration of hydrogen peroxide can be detected.
The effectiveness of VHP sterilization can be validated. A typical validation cycle includes parameter development, VHP distribution studies, biological challenge tests, and exhaust degradation studies. Structure
The main body of the VHP transfer window adopts a stainless steel structure, with the interior chamber made of 316L stainless steel and the frame and exterior made of 304 stainless steel. The interior is designed with rounded corners and polished with a surface finish of Ra≤0.6u m.
VHP Generation Unit
It incorporates a flash evaporation principle dry VHP generator, utilizing an integrated control method that is unified with the VHP transfer window. This ensures more stable control of VHP concentration, chamber temperature and humidity, and saturation.
Pneumatic Sealing System
The compressed air power system includes control of the inflatable seal and pneumatic valves. The control of the inflatable seal and pneumatic valve adopts a compressed air pipeline, which includes pressure reducing valves and electromagnetic control. Another compressed air pipeline, with independent pressure reducing valves and electromagnetic valves, is used for saturation control of the chamber.
Control System
The standard control system adopts PLC and HMI control methods, utilizing standardized modular control boards that are stable and reliable. The control system design has undergone thorough validation and practical application. It is stable and reliable.
Purification and Filtration System
Both the supply air and exhaust air chambers are equipped with H14 high-efficiency filters. The process pipelines and chambers are designed for purification and, together with the high-efficiency filtration system, can achieve Class A purification within the chambers. The equipment includes dedicated testing ports for online testing and verification of purification conditions.
Electrical System
The design of the electrical cabinet complies with safety and protection regulations. The layout of electrical circuits is orderly and reasonable, with clear markings for high and low voltage. It conforms to CE and EN standards.
EHS Requirements
Adequate consideration has been given to personnel safety protection and product safety protection in the design. Strong electrical safety measures are implemented to ensure that operators are not exposed to high voltage. Emergency stop buttons are provided on both sides. High-temperature components are clearly marked. The chamber is equipped with electromagnetic interlocking devices to prevent contamination of products and the cleanroom. Audible and visual alarm signals are used to indicate abnormal conditions and prevent safety incidents
